Fungi of the Gods

Last weekend was perfect for hunting morels. It’s not the first time I’ve tried to find these prized edible mushrooms, but it’s the first time I’ve actually found ones just right for eating. Cleaned and prepared them, sauteed them in butter with a little salt and pepper. Wow were they fabulous. I’m hooked!
